  2. be a High School graduate or equivalent.
  3. be physically capable of performing and receiving massage techniques taught in the program.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS
A registration fee of $75.00 is due at the time of your personal interview and is non-refundable. At that time, a payment schedule will be arranged with the first installment due no later than the first day of class. All subsequent installments are due monthly unless other arrangements are made. Payment in full must be received by the final day of class.

An enrollment agreement detailing the payment arrangements must be signed at the time of the personal interview. You have the right to stop school at any time and receive a refund for the part of the course not taken. Your refund rights are described on the application form and on your enrollment agreement.

STATE OF CALIFORNIA STUDENT TUITION RECOVERY FUND
California law requires that, upon enrollment, a fee be assessed in relation to the cost of tuition. This fee supports the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF), a special fund established by the California legislature to reimburse students who might otherwise experience a financial loss as a result of untimely school closure. Institutional participation is mandatory. It is important that students keep a copy of any agreement, contract or application to document enrollment; tuition receipts or canceled checks to document the total amount of tuition paid; and records which will show the percentage of the course which has been completed. Such records would substantiate a claim for reimbursement from STRF, which, to be considered must be filed within 60 days following school closure. For further information or instructions contact: the Bureau for Private Postsecondary & Vocational Education, 1027 10th Street, Fourth Floor, Sacramento, CA 93923, (916) 445-3427.

LICENSING
