Our faculty is committed to MIT and the success of each student. Many of our instructors are trained in multiple fields, lending additional insight to their instruction. Most of our Instructors have a successful private practice in Massage Therapy. We are privileged to offer a faculty of such extensive knowledge, experience, dedication, plus a willingness to share all of this with the students.

JENNIFER ALEXANDER - Beginning Anatomy & Physiology Instructor. MIT graduate and maintains a massage practice in Pacific Grove.

BARBARA A. BALL TRASK, PA/C - M.H.S in  Health Science, a Physicians Assistant, certified Rolfer, Rolf Movement Instructor & an MIT grad.  She teaches Massage, Movement, Physiology & Anatomy and maintains a private practice in mid-Carmel Valley.

RABIA  ERDUMAN - Massage Instructor, a Registered Polarity Practitioner, a Visionary Craniosacral Worker, and a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. She has maintained a private practice since 1983, and has taught since 1984.

DAYA FISCH - Master in Nutrition, Lymphatic Massage Instructor.  Maintains a private practice specializing in lymphatic massage and eastern therapy.  The founder of the Breast Health Project, she shares her time between the Peninsula and Palo Alto.

KENNETH GRISALES - Owner/Director. Business Principles & Ethics Instructor. An MIT graduate. Maintains a private practice in Carmel.

ERIC HAAG, D.C. - Myofascial Release Instructor.  Has over 14 years of experience as a chiropractor.  Maintains a private practice in Monterey.

STEPHEN  HARMER - Stephen's main focus is teaching Craniosacral Therapy. He also teaches Shiatsu and has a private practice in Carmel Valley. 

DEBORAH ARDELL HILL - Certified La Stone™ Instructor, certified Stone Sole™ Instructor & Reflexology Instructor, and author of Spiritual Reflexology.

SUSANNA NIEVES - Anatomy and Physiology Instructor. BA in psychology. A graduate of the Boulder School of Massage Therapy. Has maintained a massage therapy practice since 1991.

LISA MURPHY, CMT - Beginning Massage Instructor.  MIT graduate and maintains a private practice in Salinas.

MICHELE NIZZA - Beginning, Certification and Prenatal Massage Instructor.  Local Birth and Postpartum Doula and Lactation Counselor. Maintains a private practice in Monterey.

CLAIRE PARRISH, D.C - Clinical Massage & Pathology  Instructor, has been a practicing Chiropractor since 1987 and a Massage Therapist since 1979.

CHARLOTTE REDSTONE - Massage, Shiatsu and Prenatal Instructor, has an M.Ed. in Education, a B.A.in Psychology, a B.S. in Chemistry and is an MIT graduate, maintains a private practice in Pacific Grove.

CARL SIEGMAN - Chair Massage Instructor. He is also a Yoga and Shiatsu instructor, maintains a private practice in Pacific Grove.

JACK STELLA - Advanced Anatomy & Massage Instructor, an MIT grad, maintains a private practice in mid-Carmel Valley specializing in Sports Massage & athletic training.

DARLENE WALLER - Massage Instructor, an MIT grad, works at The Monterey Plaza Hotel.
