CONTINUING EDUCATION WORKSHOPS


These workshops represent an ongoing commitment by Monterey Institute of Touch to provide advanced training and support for professional massage practitioners interested in expanding or fine-tuning their work. Additionally, MIT seeks to fulfill the needs of the general public pursuing personal growth. As such, these courses are continually updated and augmented to reflect the ever-changing demands of the industry.

These courses also provide the basis for the 500-hour Massage Therapist Certification Program and are acceptable for continuing education credit. MIT is an approved provider for Category A Continuing Education Programming of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR NURSES

Courses approved by the Board of Registered Nurses are part of the MIT curriculum. Training provided in advanced workshops presented through the school gives nursing professionals an opportunity to expand their effectiveness as caregivers.
